Thank you so much for supporting me and my work — it truly means the world to me. Because many of my items are limited edition, personalized, or one-of-a-kind, I’m not able to accept returns or issue refunds. Every piece is created or selected with care, and once it’s yours, it’s yours forever.

That said, I always want you to feel good about your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out to me at giagenmail@gmail.com within 7 days and I’ll do my best to make it right.
